1. Service Description

AllMail.one provides catch-all email reception services, including domain leasing, POP3/IMAP access, DNSBL monitoring, and related features. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AllMail.one for:

• •Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) from our infrastructure
• •Phishing, fraud, identity theft, or any deceptive activity
• •Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• •Any activity that is illegal under applicable law
• •Harassment, abuse, or threats against any individual or organization

We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms without prior notice and without refund.

3. Domain Leasing

Domains provided through AllMail.one are leased, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of any domain. AllMail.one retains ownership and control of all domains. Domain lease is valid for the billing period paid. Upon expiration or termination, domains revert to our control.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC on TRC-20). Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:

• •No refunds are provided for any reason once a payment has been confirmed on-chain.
• •Domain activation is contingent on successful payment confirmation.
• •Overpayments may be credited to your account balance at our discretion.

5. DNSBL Blacklisting

Domain blacklisting by third-party DNSBL providers is outside our control. Blacklisting is not grounds for a refund. For plans that include auto domain rotation, a replacement domain will be provisioned automatically. For plans without auto rotation, you may contact support to discuss replacement options at our discretion.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced where possible.

7. Email Delivery

AllMail.one is an email reception service. We are not responsible for email delivery failures caused by third-party sending servers, spam filters operated by receiving parties, blacklisting of sender IPs, or any other factor outside our infrastructure. We provide no guarantee that any particular email will be accepted by our servers or delivered to your inbox.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, non-payment, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, access to the service is revoked and all associated data may be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllMail.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
